Far Eastern University (FEU) placed first as the top-performing school after yielding 27 topnotchers in the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination (PmLE) announced today, September 23.
Producing 484 passers out of 494 examinees, the University recorded its highest passing rate to date with 97.98 percent, successfully securing the first spot among schools with more than 300 examinees.
Among the passers, 470 out of 475 are first time takers obtaining a 98.95-percent performance rate.
Ranking highest among the Tamaraw topnotchers is Kyla Naparato Palla who placed fourth with a 93.60-percent rating, followed by Carl Patrick Cardiel at fifth with 93.40 percent.
Meanwhile, James Ethan Balatan and Mario Andrei Esquillo tied for sixth place, tallying a 93.20-percent rating.
Securing seventh place are Renee Arwen Marfiga,Jan Clarisse Lingon, and Rielle Sophia May Madrid with a 93.00-percent rating.
Meanwhile, Leeder Xebastian Credo, Irish Nicole Español, Maria Raphaela Gonzales, Donna Bio Marollano, Maria Nicaella Mejillano, Arielle Charleymagne Metila, John Mico Ong, and Justin Edward Siojo recorded a 92.80-percent score, tying for eighth place.
Clinching ninth place are Graciella Faith Borjal, Nicole Angela Claudio, Krizlyn Silvestre Cruz, James Luis Leynes, Germaine Ramos Lomboy, Rica Lopez, Alexinette Almonacid Mabeza, and Lorin Jay Quiaoit, posting a rating of 92.60 percent.
Ranking tenth with 92.40 percent are Arvey Jeth Abel, Ciarra Rai Dueñas, and Bryan Vincent Gemino.
Last year, the University recorded a 94.12-percent passing rate, with 496 passers out of 527 examinees, earning the second spot among top-performing schools with seven Tamaraw topnotchers.
This year’s licensure exam posted a 91.72-percent national passing rate, hailing 14,146 new psychometricians out of 15,423 takers.
Furthermore, FEU produced six new Tamaraw psychologists, recording a 100-percent passing rate in the September 2026 Psychologist Licensure Examination announced last September 21.
Originally scheduled for August 1 and 2, this year’s PmLE was moved to September 1 and 2 due to the southwest monsoon and was conducted in multiple testing centers across the country, including the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, and Palawan.
