Tamaraws fend off UP to secure twice-to-beat advantage, top spot

Newly recognized independent bloc Kaleidoscope won all the positions of Far Eastern University Institute of Architecture and Fine Arts (IARFA) Student Council (SC), announced during the FEU Elections 2026 proclamation at Pavilion 1 last May 7.
Garnering 431 votes over 38 abstentions, Martina Alexis Navarro will serve as the council’s next president, with the position of vice president remaining vacant.
Following the 419 votes, with 45 abstaining, Adriana Jeu Reyes was elected as the next secretary.
Furthermore, Janna Louise Casas, who is set to occupy the position of treasurer, received 416 votes over 49 abstentions.
Mary Grace Aguilos, with 419 votes and 46 abstentions, was proclaimed as IARFA SC’s auditor.
For the press relations officer, Nickus Sales will occupy the seat after winning with 403 votes over 60 students who chose to abstain.
A total of 473 out of 1,676 IARFA students voted for the 2026 University Elections, equating to 28.2 percent.
ERRATUM: FEU Advocate has updated the voter turnout to 28.2 percent. The publication had mixed up the data with the Institute of Health Sciences and Nursing's voter turnout of 40.3 percent.
