KSC bets clinch FEU Makati SC seats

Unopposed Far Eastern University (FEU) Makati Student Council aspirants from the Kadiwa Student Coalition were proclaimed winners in the recently concluded FEU Elections 2026 held in Pavilion 1 last May 7.

President Karl Lenin Bautista and Vice President Reuel Vincent Deapera both surpassed 59 abstentions with 70 and 71 votes, respectively. 

Furthermore, secretary candidate Danilo Apilo III garnered a total of 76 votes, while 55 students chose to abstain. 

Treasurer-elect Joanne De Luna recorded the highest votes among the candidates with 81 votes, compared to 49 abstentions. 

Meanwhile, despite tallying a majority of 83 abstain votes, Alleiyah Francine Milanio secured the auditor post with 47 votes.

Press relations officer candidate Bea Lorraine Benosa recorded a narrow gap between votes and abstentions, with 69 and 61, respectively.

This year, FEU Makati posted a 43.1-percent voter turnout rate with 131 votes out of 304 students, an increase from last year’s 22 percent.
