FEU - NRMF's PLE rate continues to dip since 2020

Continuing to decline since 2020, Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (FEU - NRMF) posted its lowest overall rating of 69.64 percent in the October 2024 Physicians Licensure Examinations (PLE) announced earlier today, October 19.

FEU - NRMF got a 90.54-percent passing rate during the November 2020 PLE, which was followed by the 'for completion' exam in December 2020 with the University's lone exam taker not passing.

The following year, FEU-NRMF recorded a 93.33 percent passing rate with 14 passers out of 15.

This was followed by gradually lowering rates of 85.42 percent in 2021, 81.89 percent in 2022, and 73.21 percent in 2023.

FEU - NRMF have continuously garnered at least an 80-percent passing rate from August 2014 to November 2020, peaking with 98.34 percent in September 2018.

Despite this, the University produced a topnotcher with Anne Corine Ramos ranking eighth with an average of 87.73 percent in the October 2024 PLE. 

This year's PLE welcomed 3,845 new physicians out of 6,600 examinees, with a national passing rate of 58.26 percent.
