With the odds in their favor, the Far Eastern University (FEU) Lady Tamaraws remain in the Final Four race in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 88 women’s volleyball tournament today, April 22.

A few hours ago, the Lady Tamaraws won their final and most crucial game against Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) to boost their hopes for a semifinal ticket. 

However, this meant that National University (NU) needed to win over the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Golden Tigresses so that FEU and UST would tie at an 8-6 win-loss card for a playoff game. 

Fortunately, NU emerged victorious over the España-based squad, automatically granting the green-and-gold team a shot at the four-seed.

With their confidence up, the Lady Tamaraws await its playoff game against the Golden Tigresses, with the date and venue is yet to be announced.
