Lone IE SC candidate proclaimed

Far Eastern University (FEU) Institute of Education (IE) Student Council (SC) lone candidate Lester Jay Cube from Isanliyab Servant Leaders’ Union was elected as vice president.

Cube garnered 86 votes out of 409, equivalent to 21.03 percent of the IE population.

Last year, only three candidates vied in the IE SC but produced a failure of elections.

In a dialogue with FEU Advocate, FEU Commission on Elections Chairperson Janeth Hyatt stated that they will not open any applications for appointment for the vacant seats.

Until then, Cube will lead the IE SC alone.

IE is considered the institute in FEU Manila with the smallest population.
