#NewsBites: Far Eastern University (FEU) continued face-to-face classes despite the closure of public routes near campus due to the second day of bar examinations today, September 10.
Streets including Mendiola, Legarda, Concepcion Aguila, Dapitan, España Boulevard Westbound, Lacson, and Padre Noval are closed until 7:00 p.m.
Moreover, several University Belt (U-Belt) schools including FEU Institute of Technology, University of Santo Tomas (UST), University of the East, National University Mendiola, and National Teachers College shifted learning modalities following the announcement of road closures around the testing centers by the Manila Public Information Office prior to the examination.
Additionally, UST and San Beda University are the local testing sites within the U-Belt for the 2025 Bar Examinations.
Over 13,193 aspiring lawyers are scheduled to take the bar examinations this year—the highest number of examinees recorded to date, with 11,437 candidates taking the first set of exams last Sunday, September 7.
