What echoes in between the whispers of regrets of the #FEUClassof2025?

At the beginning of a journey, a crucial step is to decide what path to take and how to end it according to one’s plan, but not all plans are straight lines; some have zigzags and twists. For the Far Eastern University (FEU) Class of 2025, the road to success holds a different perspective, as their what-ifs, could’ve-beens, and regrets linger like an annoying bug at night. Thus, these versions of their ‘multo’ are a natural part of their journey, as they explore college’s maze and find the right exit to take.

When the pen is mightier than the heat vision

#Refreshments: Superman’s comeback in the big screen marked a redefinition in the superhero genre. Audiences who bought cinema tickets expected heroes and villains in capes wielding godly powers. But this film introduced a different kind of hero—who carried neither sword nor shield, but only a pen and the truth.

‘From Friends to Fallouts’: What survives within college friendships?

They say college is where lifelong friendships begin—but just how many actually make it to the finish line? At Far Eastern University (FEU), myths like ‘your freshman friend group won’t make it to graduation’ are passed around like cautionary tales. Reflecting a deeper fear: that success and connection coexist. Yet time and time again, it is the very pressures of college life that forge unbreakable bonds.

Debunking HIV Stigma: Crucial step to reverse alarming case surge

More than just rising numbers, the increasing number of HIV cases in the country is a demonstration of a critical public health crisis demanding immediate and comprehensive action. As it continues to quietly threaten lives, the slow progress in fighting the disease, inefficient implementation of existing laws, lack of sex education, and low funding for test kits only exacerbate the problem. These failures allow HIV to remain a deep-seated societal taboo, perpetuating stigma against the people living with the virus.

‘The One Where They Are Interns’: Batch 2025 MedTech Tams lament PCC cancellation

For many, the dream of donning a crisp laboratory coat with a gold nameplate marked a pivotal transition to a full-fledged intern. But for Far Eastern University (FEU) Medical Technology students, that moment vanished when their Pinning and Coating Ceremony (PCC) for the Batch 2025 Medical Technology Tamaraws (MedTech Tams) was canceled. This traditional rite of passage, meant to celebrate their hard work and achievements as future healthcare professionals, left students with a profound sense of loss and “what-ifs.”

Learning, leading, listening: Dr. Reynold Agnes and the politics of education

In an age of shrinking faith in politics and its institutions, Dr. Reynold Agnes stands exactly where he has always believed change begins—in the classroom. Now elected president of the Philippine Political Science Association (PPSA), the longtime Far Eastern University (FEU) educator carries his work beyond campus, believing political hope is not dead, it is taught, nurtured and lived by educators who dare to lead.

How cinephiles scream their love for films

Love is expressed in many ways, but for the Far Eastern University Film Society (FEU FilmSoc), it is best shown when shouted at the top of their lungs—where every message is clearly delivered audibly and visually, integrating their unique flairs and interests with the young audience and filmmakers alike.
