With their eyes set on back-to-back championships, the Far Eastern University Cheering Squad (FEUCS) will perform a Disney ‘Frozen’-inspired routine in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 87 Cheerdance Competition (CDC), revealed in a Facebook post by head coach Randell San Gregorio earlier today, November 4.

Besides the official concept reveal, the hashtags ‘#FEUrozen’ and ‘#forthefirstTAMinforever’ were stated in the post’s caption.

Coach Randell initially teased the Morayta-based cheerdancers’ Season 87 routine with a post of the Disney logo last June 9.

With the theme following last year’s gold-clinching ‘Super Mario’ routine, the green-and-gold squad continues to veer from its tradition of taking influence from pop icons, like Francis Magalona, Queen, and Michael Jackson.

After claiming the Season 84 and 86 crowns and the Season 85 silver medal, FEUCS will compete for its third title in four seasons.

The UAAP Season 87 CDC will commence on December 1, with the order of performances yet to be revealed until the event’s press conference to be held at an unannounced date and venue as of writing.
