FEU produces 7 topnotchers, ranks 2nd among top schools in BLEPP

#NewsBites: Far Eastern University (FEU) yielded seven topnotchers as the second top performing school in the September 2025 Board of Licensure Examination for Psychologists and Psychometricians (BLEPP) announced today, October 2.

FEU produced 496 new psychometricians out of the 527 exam takers, resulting in a 94.12-percent passing rate that gave the University its top-two standing among schools with over 300 examinees in the licensure exam.  

Leading the Tamaraw topnotchers is Bettina Mae Reyes who ranked sole third place with an 89.20-percent rating.

Meanwhile, Jannah Paula Alvaro, Preciliza Joy Ortega, and Carrie Ann Tagaro secured the eighth spot while Isabel Amelie Lara clinched ninth. Additionally, Jan Alecksa Ong and Julia Clarisse Zafra placed tenth.

Last year, 308 out of 384 takers from FEU passed the psychometricians licensure exam, garnering an 80.21-percent passing rate.

Moreover, the University achieved the ninth place among the top ten performing schools with four alumni in the top ten examinees.

The September 2025 psychometrician licensure exam had a national passing rate of 86.98 percent as 12,416 of the 14,275 takers passed the test. 

Additionally, FEU Cavite produced 17 new psychometricians out of the 18 examinees equivalent to a 94.44-percent passing rate in last month’s licensure exam.    

This year's BLEPP took place in several testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao last September 24 to 25.
