Far Eastern University (FEU) Institute of Law (IL) yielded 57 new lawyers out of 67 expected takers of the Bar Examinations 2024 announced today, December 13.

The green-and-gold law school posted an 82.22-percent passing rate, hailing 37 passers out of 45 first-time takers.

Last year, FEU-IL ranked third in the top performing schools with 51-100 candidates as 43 out of 73 first-time takers passed.

This year’s bar exam posted a national passing rate of 37.84 percent, producing 2,962 new layers out of not lower than 10,000 takers.

The Supreme Court (SC) En Banc through a unanimous vote lowered this year’s passing rate from 75 to 74 percent which according to Bar 2024 Chairperson and SC Associate Justice Mario Lopez added around 1,000 most valuable lawyers to the pool of passers.
